This course aims to equip the adviser to deal with the particular issues in employment law which affect migrant workers. The course will examine the employment status of migrant workers, wages, including unlawful deductions, race discrimination, illegal contracts, the Code of Practice on the Prevention of Illegal Working and enforcement bodies.
