In all of your countless relationships you influence others….and others influence you. This influence may be benign or negative, direct or veiled, deliberate or automatic. But it is there – at home, at work, and at play.
This course covers how to detect, deflect and develop such power-plays. Included are both ‘push’ (arguing, asserting) and ‘pull’ (empathising, energising) strategies.
