The road to recruitment conference could be the answer for you.
Over the past three years, in partnership with voluntary and statutory agencies, the POISE project has addressed recruitment and retention issues in learning disability services. We want to share our experiences and learning with organisations within the social care sector and beyond.
All delegates will receive a copy of the Road to Recruitment good practice manual and tool kit, which contains essential information on improving recruitment practices, which is sure to be invaluable.
With inputs from Aideen McGinley, Permanent Secretary, Department for Employment and Learning and David Bingham, Director of Human Resources, Department Health, Social Services and Public Safety, the conference is not to be missed.
