This seminar aims to provide tips for success for Chief Executives regarding recruitment from both an individual and organisational perspective. It considers best practice selection methodoligies, including the interview and assessment processes.
About the speakers:

Beth McMaw, has worked as a consultant in Northern Ireland and mainland Britain for the past 10 years. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a BA Honours Degree and is British Psychological Society accredited. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
