This seminar aims to emphasise the importance of succession planning, how it can be managed and the benefits to the organisation and its people. It considers the issues involved and the steps to take in order to ensure the right people with the right skills are in place to fill key top jobs and to be future leaders.
About the speakers

Beth McMaw has worked as a consultant in Northern Ireland and mainland Britain for the past 10 years. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a BA Honours Degree and is British Psychological Society accredited. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
