The course will cover the structure of the new ESA which will be both a means tested and contributory based benefit. The course will also include the eligibility criteria, the assessment phrase, the new work capability assessment and work focused interviews. It will be of interest to those advisers who wish to develop their knowledge of the new ESA.
This course will also be run in our Derry office on Wednesday 29 October 2008 from 10.00am - 4.00pm.
