With government efficiency savings and EU funding tapering off, finding funds will be a real challenge. Chaired by Sandara Kelso-Robb, Executive Director, Lloyds TSB Foundation for Northern Ireland, three speakers will present details of their experiences in this area.
Setting the scene will be Diarmuid Moore from WEA NI who will share findings from Creating Collaborative Advantage, a three-year action - research project exploring the relationship between collaboration and sustainability.
Lauri McCusker, Director of the Fermanagh Trust, will outline their support for a range of projects in terms of networking and partnership working and give examples of practical collaboration at a local community level.
Liz Osborne, Acting Director of newly merged CLIC Sargent, will discuss the joining together of Sargent Cancer Care for Children and CLIC (Cancer and Leukaemia in Childhood) to become the UK’s leading children’s cancer charity, supporting children with cancer and their families.
