You are invited to hear from procurement staff as well as Ardmonagh Family Centre, a Belfast-based social enterprise who will share their personal experience of:

  • tendering for public sector contracts,
  • why they decided to do it,
  • how they did it, and
  • what impact it has had.

This introductory session will deepen your understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities of winning public contacts through a public procurement process for your social enterprise.

This introduction to public procurement will highlight the challenges and benefits for small organisations taking this on.
