Foundation Level Protective Behaviours (PB UK Certificate)
Protective Behaviours is a process which encourages self-empowerment and brings with it the skills to avoid being victimised. This is achieved by helping people recognise and trust their intuitive feelings (early warning signs) and develop strategies for self-protection.
By the end of this two day workshop you will
• Identify and understand your own intuitive feelings and what safety feels like.
• Understand the difference between safe, adventurous and unsafe situations.
• Develop support networks for yourself
• Receive a certificate in Foundation Level Protective Behaviours (UK)
