It is clear that structures and supports need to be in place in order to ensure effective practice. This workshop which has been organised by the Council for the Homeless NI will begin to help workers explore the impact that they can have on their work and that young people can have on them. It will give practical insights into rights, responsibilities and best practice. The workshop will address the issues of:
