This introductory session will deepen your understanding of the challenges of identifying and recruiting new board members, providing the correct induction procedure to welcome them to the organisation and how to keep your board motivated.
Work West will deliver the Social Economy Lisburn programme, which runs to June 2008 and is funded by Lisburn Partnership under the Peace II Extension Programme.
