CO3 is delighted to bring a new method of tackling this issue - through Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement isn't just about getting employees to do their job, or even getting them to do their job well. It's about creating an organisation that provides the right motivators, drivers and recognition to ensure employees care about the organisation and their contribution to it.
