An interfaith youth forum will be taking place at Corrymeela Centre in Ballycastle from 21-26 October 2007. The purpose of the conference is to have young people of different faiths, ages 16-25, working together to increase awareness and understanding of how we can influence dialogue and interaction in a diverse community.

This exciting conference is free to participants. The desired outcomes of the Youth Faiths Forum are:

  • To give young people of faith a voice
  • To interact and share with each other
  • To learn more about each other, both concerning faith and backgrounds
  • To develop leadership skills
  • To explore the development of wider engagement with young people
  • Regional representation by young people
  • Influencing policy
