How can we create 'Equal Chances' for people with learning disabilities in Northern Ireland? Mencap Northern Ireland will be addressing this issue through a series of talks and workshops.

Mencap the Northern Ireland learning disability charity has confirmed that Donal MacIntyre, the Channel 5 investigative reporter, will be a guest speaker at its annual conference in April 2005. Donal will join delegates examining the main theme of the Mencap conference - ‘ Equal Chances’ for people with learning disabilities.
Delegates attending will have the opportunity to participate in debates and workshops on equality, discrimination and learning disability issues.
